Scholarships and Financial Aid - As introduced, authorizes the comptroller to submit, in electronic format, the report of the findings from each study, conducted every four years, of the effectiveness of the Tennessee Promise scholarship program to the speakers of the senate and house of representatives and the members of the education committee of the senate and the education administration committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49.
