Driver Licenses - As enacted, requires the department of safety to waive the knowledge test, and accept alternative requirements, for active duty and honorably discharged service members and members of the national guard or the armed forces reserves applying for temporary commercial learner's permits; identifies certain alternative requirements, which include operating a commercial motor vehicle in the military in combination with a good driving record. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.
