Criminal Offenses - As enacted, allows a person convicted of attempted first degree murder to be sentenced to imprisonment for life without possibility of parole if the offense is committed against certain persons engaged in the performance of official duties. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
