Sexual Offenses - As introduced, states that a victim of sexual battery is incapable of consenting to sexual contact with a physician, psychologist, therapist, or certain other professionals during the course of receiving treatment for a mental, emotional, or physical condition or interpersonal relationship. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5.
