A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 23-9-130 SO AS TO DEFINE "MOBILE FOOD UNIT," TO ALLOW ANY ORGANIZED FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THIS STATE TO CONDUCT INSPECTIONS OF MOBILE FOOD UNITS, AND TO REQUIRE THE STATE FIRE MARSHALL TO PRODUCE A CERTIFICATE TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION.
