A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-29-250 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SHALL ESTABLISH A FIREARM SAFETY PROGRAM, TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROGRAM.
