A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR THE COURAGE, SERVICE, AND SACRIFICE OF SOUTH CAROLINA'S LAW ENFORCEMENT K-9S AND LAW ENFORCEMENT HORSES; TO REMEMBER AND PAY TRIBUTE TO THOSE THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE LINE OF DUTY; AND TO EXPRESS THE GRATITUDE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THEIR DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS STATE.
