A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 41-8-50, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR PRIVATE EMPLOYERS THAT VIOLATE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING ALIEN WORK AUTHORIZATION PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, SO AS TO INCREASE CERTAIN PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
