A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT LICENSED ABORTION CLINICS AND AFFILIATED PHYSICIANS OR MEDICAL PRACTICES ARE UNQUALIFIED TO PROVIDE FAMILY PLANNING UNDER THE STATE'S MEDICAID PROGRAM, TO PROHIBIT STATE AND LOCAL FUNDS FOR FAMILY PLANNING TO BE APPROPRIATED TO A LICENSED ABORTION CLINIC AND AFFILIATED PHYSICIANS AND MEDICAL PRACTICES, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH MUST PROVIDE A LIST OF QUALIFIED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICE PROVIDERS.
