A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 23-9-197, RELATING TO THE FIREFIGHTER CANCER HEALTHCARE BENEFIT PLAN, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM "FIREFIGHTER" TO INCLUDE CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION ASSIGNED TO THE ARSON UNIT.
