A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-120 SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR AFFILIATED PROVIDERS DEEMED ABORTION CLINICS AS DEFINED BY LAW MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED QUALIFIED TO PROVIDE FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES; AND TO PROHIBIT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FROM DIRECTING MEDICAID FUNDS TO SUCH ORGANIZATIONS.
