A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 17-5-130, RELATING TO CORONER QUALIFICATIONS, SO AS TO DELETE THE PROVISION REQUIRING A PERSON SEEKING THE OFFICE OF CORONER TO BE A RESIDENT OF THE COUNTY FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR AND PROVIDE THE PERSON IS REQUIRED TO BE A RESIDENT OF THE COUNTY AT THE TIME OF FILING FOR THE OFFICE OF CORONER.
