A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-3-645, RELATING TO ROAD USE FEES FOR VEHICLES POWERED BY ELECTRICITY, HYDROGEN, AND FUELS OTHER THAN MOTOR FUEL, SO AS TO INCREASE THE BIENNIAL ROAD USE FEES FOR ALTERNATIVE FUEL AND HYBRID VEHICLES.
