A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 23-1-235 SO AS TO PROVIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES SHALL NOT PURCHASE CELL-SITE SIMULATOR TECHNOLOGY OR DEVICES, TO PROVIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THAT CURRENTLY POSSESS OR USE CELL-SITE SIMULATOR TECHNOLOGY SHALL DISCONTINUE THEIR USE AND DISCARD THE TECHNOLOGY OR DEVICES, AND TO DEFINE THE TERM "CELL-SITE SIMULATOR TECHNOLOGY."
