A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 17-5-130, RELATING TO CORONER QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CANDIDATE FOR CORONER IN THIS STATE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH HE SEEKS THE OFFICE OF CORONER AT THE TIME HE FILES FOR THE OFFICE OF CORONER RATHER THAN ONE YEAR BEFORE FILING.
