A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-3-35(A), RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF FINGERPRINT AND DNA IDENTIFICATION KITS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IN-HOME FINGERPRINT AND DNA IDENTIFICATION KITS BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT OR SCHOOL TO THE PARENT OR LEGAL CUSTODIAN OF ANY KINDERGARTEN, ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.
