A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 63-13-1210, RELATING TO THE STATE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE REGULATION OF CHILDCARE FACILITIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS APPOINTED TO REPRESENT CHURCH-OPERATED CHILDCARE CENTERS MUST BE FROM REGISTERED FAITH-BASED CENTERS.
