A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 40-45-110, RELATING TO THE LICENSURE OF PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND GROUNDS FOR SANCTIONING LICENSEES, SO AS TO ELIMINATE THE THIRTY-DAY LIMIT ON PROVIDING PHYSICAL THERAPY ABSENT HEALTH CARE PROVIDER REFERRAL.
