AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- PATIENT PAYMENT INFORMATION (Prohibits a healthcare provider from requiring patients to provide electronic payment information to be kept on file as a condition to receiving treatment and makes it a violation a deceptive trade practice.)
