AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (Requires Medicaid to cover services by licensed certified lactation counselors and EOHHS to oversee and implement the program and track related costs and use. It also ensures reimbursement consistent with similar providers.)
