AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- WEAPONS (Provides that any person eighteen (18) years of age who is issued a license or permit may carry a stun gun. It would impose criminal penalties for a person to sell or transfer a stun gun to a person under the age of eighteen (18).)
