AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- MULTIFAMILY HOUSING ACT (Requires single-family residential zoning in municipalities with populations of over forty-thousand (40,000) to allow middle housing and mandates that those municipalities adopt zoning regulations for middle housing.)
