AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- THE HUMAN TRAFFICKING PREVENTION NOTICE ACT (Requires hotel employees and short-term rental property operators to annually receive human trafficking awareness training. The operator of the premises shall maintain records of the completed training.)
