AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES -- CODE OF ETHICS (Requires a public official or employee to disclose any and all unsatisfied default judgments of credit card debt, in excess of one thousand dollars ($1,000), on their financial statement.)
