AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE POLICIES (Provides special enrollment period for Medicare Part B. Prohibits carriers from imposing conditions on enrollees or discriminate on price based upon health status, claims experience or preexisting conditions. Sunsets on December 31, 2025.)
