AN ACT RELATING TO COMMERCIAL LAW -- GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS -- FILING OF ASSUMED NAME (Changes the term "assumed name" to "trade name". This act would also centralize the filing, administration and regulation process to the secretary of state. This act would also require trade an annual renewal of the trade name.)
