AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- ASSAULT WEAPONS (Bans the possession, sale, and transfer of assault weapons. Possession of assault weapons owned on the effective date of this act would be "grandfathered". Violations are punishable by a fine or imprisonment.)
