AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- ZONING ORDINANCES (Revise and clarifies the definition of an accessory dwelling unit in the zoning enabling act. Also permits certain accessory dwelling units to be counted towards low and moderate income housing requirements.)
