AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Allows the Providence board of licenses to grant an exemption from restrictions with regard to the proximity to schools and churches relating to issuance of a Class BV alcoholic beverage retail license for property located at 601 Hartford Avenue.)
