Creating a State Tax to attack those with more money is not the answer. As a society, we have to stop abusing hard working people and instead, find ways to help others to make a better living so that their tax burden does not feel so high to them either. And that is NOT done by giving away money. It is done by teaching them new skills so they can earn a better living. It requires them to put in more effort. It means THEY have to try harder. And then do a better job of how you spend money. Government waste is the #1 reason there is not enough tax money.
