Comments on HB 101

If the republican party want to do away with Independent voters 4 months before a primary then the republican and democratic parties must pay ALL COSTS associated with primaries as the cost of taking an independent voter's ability to choose on the day of the election. So much happens in the 4 months before a primary many independent voters don't made up their mind regarding what party they will vote as until shortly before the primary.

We'd be better off opening the primaries than closing them more. If the Democrats or Republicans want this to be so very exclusive, perhaps they should do it on their own dime instead of expecting all of us to pay for them to whittle down the options.
