A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-11.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to early childhood services training and certification requirements; to amend and reenact sections 50-11.1-02, 50-11.1-02.1, 50-11.1-03, and 50-11.1-04, subsection 1 of section 50-11.1-07.2, sections 50-11.1-11, 50-11.1-11.1, and 50-11.1-17, subsection 3 of section 50-11.1-18, and sections 50-11.1-23 and 50-33-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to early childhood services and child care assistance; to repeal sections 50-11.1-02.3 and 50-11.1-02.4 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to training requirements for early childhood services staff; and to provide an effective date.
