Comments on HB 839

Ra'Shaye Bowers wrote 8 months ago

Death is an irreversible condition that effects more than the person who is inflicted. Putting a person to death does not replace the life lost in the crime committed by the offender. Life without parole provides time for rehabilitation which should always be the ultimate goal. Redemption is beautiful in every case.
