As a nonresident I lease property in Riley county, have not drawn a tag 2 out of last three years. We do spend a lot of time in Kansas spending at least $20000 a yr between the 2 of us, now that I can’t get a tag every year like in the past, we are going to stop leasing in Kansas and go to Oklahoma. This bill would be a win win. Especially the nonresidents leasing land. People leasing should get and opportunity from their landowners to transfer their tags in my opinion, my landowners are the best people and I hate to stop leasing from them. They are retired and depend on our money along with leasing for cattle. The bill just makes sense Thank you
