Comments on SB 213

Janet Johnson-LeClair wrote 3 weeks ago

I strongly support the passage of Senate Bill No 213 to provide full practice authority to licensed nurse practitioners in the State of Indiana. This will increase the provision of primary care services and mental health services in shortage areas across Indiana and improve access and the quality of care in underserved healthcare shortage areas. It will also shorten the wait time for an appointment for primary care services. Additionally, this will eliminate the requirement for written collaborative care agreements for nurse practitioners, which will free up additional physician time to provide primary care. Please provide a copy of this "Yay" comment for S.B. 213 to members of the Senate and members of the House. Most Sincerely, Janet Johnson-LeClair
