DAYCARE FACILITIES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding criminal history and background checks, to provide standards for infant sleep areas, to provide that persons guilty of certain offenses are ineligible for licensure, and to revise provisions regarding appeals of a suspension, revocation, or denial of a license.
