PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGERS – Adds to existing law to provide certain registration and reporting requirements, to prohibit certain actions, to provide certain requirements for maximum allowable cost pricing, and to prohibit the retroactive denial or reduction of a claim in certain instances.
