Property Tax Administration; Requires property appraiser to include notice regarding constitutional amendment or revision in certain notices relating to millage rates; revises limitations on maximum millage rate that may be levied by certain units of government; requires that notice of proposed property taxes include notice regarding constitutional amendment or revision submitted to voters at November 2026 general election; requires DOR to establish uniform notice for use by property appraiser; prohibits property appraiser from revising, editing, or modifying notice; specifies requirements for notice; provides directive to Division of Law Revision; provides for expiration & reversion of specified statutory text; requires DOR to establish publicly accessible website relating to specified constitutional amendment or revision submitted to voters at November 2026 general election; specifies requirements for website; provides for expiration; authorizes ballot summary of specified proposed amendment or revision of State Constitution to exceed specified word limit; provides for construction of act in pari materia with laws enacted during 2026 Regular Session & 2026 Special Session E of Legislature; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $5,500,000
