Public Safety; Requires each county, & every public agency within such county, to provide specified 911, emergency call, & dispatch services from centralized 911 call center operated by county or regional entity as decided by specified boards; requires state funds for emergency services to be redirected to each county that operates such centers; prohibits certain counties from receiving state funds; requires board of county commissioners of each county to convene specified board within certain time period; requires board to decide by unanimous vote entity for county that will operate its centralized 911 call center & funding for such entity; requires certain board of county commissioners to convene specified board within certain time period for county to establish regional centralized 911 call center; requires board to decide by unanimous vote entity for region that will operate its centralized 911 call center & funding for such entity; provides sheriff shall be deemed entity to provide 911, emergency call, & dispatch services in county in certain circumstances; provides reporting requirement; provides penalties for noncompliance.
