Affordable Housing; Requires counties & municipalities, respectively, to authorize multifamily & mixed-use residential as allowable uses for specified parcels of land if certain conditions are met; requires counties & municipalities, respectively, to eliminate parking requirements for proposed development; authorizes board of county commissioners or governing body of municipality to exempt specified portions of property within multifamily projects & accessory dwelling units that are used to provide affordable housing.
