Linking Industry to Nursing Education Fund; Revises legislative intent to include health science education programs & students in purpose of Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) Fund; revises definition of term "student" to include certain health science education students; authorizes dollar-to-dollar matches of funds for certain contributions by persons or entities to institution or institution's direct-support organization; & revises authorized uses of LINE funds.
