Foreign Influence; Requires agents of foreign countries of concern, foreign-supported political organizations, & certain entities to register with Division of Elections & Department of Commerce; provides registration & form requirements; prohibits specified persons from soliciting or accepting anything of value from certain organizations & countries; authorizes certain persons to revoke or refuse to renew certain receipts & to request specified affidavits; prohibits certain entities from entering into certain contracts with foreign sources of concern; provides exception; prohibits certain activities encouraging affiliations with foreign countries of concern; requires Department of Commerce to publish & update certain information on its website; revises certain information relating to linkage institutes; authorizes & provides requirements for Governor to suspend certain laws & rules relating to Cuba; requires certain agreements to be terminated by specified date; requires certain entities to provide specified affidavit to Department of Commerce; prohibits information technology from foreign source of concern from being used in critical infrastructure facilities; prohibits enforcement of certain laws of foreign government; provides civil & criminal penalties; provides for reclassification of criminal penalties.
