Coverage for Colorectal Cancer Screening and Diagnosis; Revises colorectal screening requirements for specified plans under Cover Florida Health Care Access Program; requires specified individual health insurance policies, group, blanket, & franchise health insurance policies & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for specified colorectal cancer screening tests, procedures, & examinations; prohibits such policies & contracts from imposing any cost sharing for the coverage.
