Succession to Office of Governor, Auditing, and Government Efficiency; Proposes repeal of provisions in State Constitution relating to creation of office of Lieutenant Governor & Government Efficiency Task Force & amendments to State Constitution to revise provisions relating to auditing & government efficiency, create Office of Commissioner of Government Efficiency as Cabinet officer, revise provisions relating to succession to office of Governor if there is vacancy or in case of impeachment or incapacity, & submit to electorate, during specified election year, ballot question regarding whether to repeal office of Commissioner of Government Efficiency .
