Consumer Protection; Revises requirements for payment settlement entities or their electronic payment facilitators in submitting information returns to DOR; prohibits agencies from entering into certain contracts or agreements; requires title to mobile home to be retired if owner of real property records certain documents in official records in county in which real property is located; authorizes insureds & claimants to cancel contracts to replace or repair roof without penalty or obligation within specified timeframe; revises applicability of provisions relating to public adjusters; revises disclosure requirements of contracts for short-term health insurance.
