Lethality Assessments; Requires law enforcement officers who investigate incident of domestic violence to administer lethality assessment; requires FDLE to consult with specified entities to develop & implement assessment; requires training for officers; provides required questions for assessment; requires officers to advise victim of results of lethality assessment & refer victim to domestic violence centers; prohibits officers from disclosing domestic violence center to which victim was referred; requires officers to document information in written police report; providing appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $142,594
