Self-service Storage Facility Liens; Revises written notice requirements relating to satisfaction of owner's lien; revises publication requirements relating to advertising sale or other disposition of self-service storage facilities; requires that rental agreements authorize tenants to designate optional alternate contact for purposes of providing specified notice; specifies that designating alternate contact does not give such person interest in contents stored at self-service storage facility or in self-contained storage unit; requires that rental agreements include specified warning.
