Tortious Interference with a Contract or Business Relationship; Prohibits person from using specified means to intentionally & unjustly cause breach or violation of, of refusal or failure to perform, of lawful contract or interfere with or disrupt business relationship; creates civil cause of action for treble damages & other relief; provides for attorney fees & costs to prevailing plaintiff; prohibits enforcement of certain contracts; provides that civil remedy does not preempt any other remedy or cause of action provided for under any other statute or common law; prohibits person from obtaining judgment under both civil remedy created in this act & common-law remedy of tortious interference.
