Florida Birth-related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan; Requires Auditor General to audit Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association every 3 years; requires Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan to be administered in specified way; authorizes certain entities to file DOAH petitions to dispute reimbursement of actual expenses; increases amount that may be awarded for certain infants found to have sustained birth-related neurological injury; revises membership of board of directors of association; provides term limits; authorizes removal of directors; revises powers of directors; requires association to furnish list of compensable expenses to parents receiving benefits; requires association to publish report on its website; requires AHCA to conduct review & develop policies & procedures regarding Medicaid third-party benefits.
