Human Trafficking; Provides that communication between human trafficking victim advocate or trained volunteer & human trafficking victim is confidential in certain circumstances; specifies who may claim privilege; prohibits engaging in specified criminal acts relating to human trafficking with an adult believed to be a child younger than 18 years of age; encourages state attorney to adopt pro-prosecution policy for acts of human trafficking; provides that court clerk may not charge fees for petitions for expunction of human trafficking victim's criminal history record; removes requirement that petitioner have no other expunction petitions pending; requires court to impose specified conditions, on probationers or community controllees who are placed under supervision for committing specified human trafficking offense.
